Let Your Yoga Dance with the Sun & Sea
Dance in the sun near the sea! Come for a special program combining yoga and gentle dance with Megha at the beautiful Discovery Yoga Studio in St Augustine, Florida. This workshop will be a joyous experience of combining yoga and movement with tribal dancing and meditation in motion. Participants will consist of a unique group of people: those who are brand new to the practice, those who already enjoy it and want more inspiration, and those who are Yoga Dance teachers wanting a refresher!
