You can follow Megha's guidance on screen with these movements and music dedicated to one strength a day. The accompanying music is fabulous. Each day during the 30-Day practice, you will receive an email or fB post (or both, depending on your desire) containing inspiration, research, poetry thoughts, stories on each one of the strengths.
